CURRENT DELIVERY DISRUPTIONS. At the moment Australia Post delivery times have extended, particularly to regional areas. We ask for your patience.
AUSTRALIA Online Shopping Cart Orders
Australian orders are generally completed and dispatched within THREE BUSINESS days.
Shopping cart orders are sent with Australia Post standard service. Once your order has been sent, you will receive notification via email of the status of your delivery, with a tracking number so that you can follow it's progress online.
If you have any questions about the status of your delivery that you are unable to resolve via the Australia Post tracking system, contact us at any time and we will endeavour to follow through on your delivery as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL Online Shopping Cart Order
International order to USA, Canada, UK and NZ are despatch within 4 business days of receipt of the order with Australia post Standard Parcel Service. Delivery time estimates are below, however please please be aware that there are currently major international delivery disruptions and the times below are only a guide.

Duties and Taxes
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Such charges are not included in our product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
Sticky does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Sticky
Damage During Transit
We take the upmost care to ensure that your candy leaves our hands packed to endure normal transit. However delivery is beyond our control and we are not responsible for damage caused in transit.
All customised orders and orders over 8kg are sent within Australia via a courier service or Australia Post. Delivery to Australian Metropolitan areas are generally delivered within two working days from the date of dispatch. If your delivery is being sent to a rural or regional area, please contact us to determine expected delivery times.
All care is taken to ensure that deliveries are packed in such a way as to minimise the potential for damage, however, Sticky can take no responsibility for loss or damage that occurs as the result of negligence on the part of our delivery service providers.
