TARIFFS, DUTIES AND TAXES USA
The United States Government has recently removed the De Minimum threshold for imports into the United States. This effectively means that all of our products will now have Duties and Taxes and Handling Fees Applied at checkout.

TARIFFS, DUTIES AND TAXES OUTSIDE USA
For most countries across the globe there are Tax and Tariff exemptions for orders under USD$800.00.
However when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import tarriffs, duties & taxes and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and are paid seperatly.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
If you choose to refuse/not accept delivery of a parcel with charges owed, no refund or credit will be given for the order.
Sticky does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
If you choose to refuse/not accept delivery of a parcel with charges owed, no refund or credit will be given for the order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Sticky.
CHRISTMAS ORDERS 2025
Our online shop will be open during the Christmas Period Wednesday 17th December 2025 to Tuesday 6th January 2026 but our dispatch warehouse will be closed during this time. Any orders placed during this period will begin to be shipped the week beginning 6th January 2026.
If you place an order though our online store between Wednesday 17th December 2025 to Tuesday 6th January 2026 your order will be shipped the week beginning 7th January 2026. Click & Collects will NOT be available during this time.
As this is a busy time of the year, to ensure the best possible change of receiving your order by Christmas, we always recommend placing your order even before the below dates. Deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control such as postal disruptions, significant weather events, customs delays or other reasons.
We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery (some things are beyond our control) however if you place your order by these dates you should receive your orders by Christmas. Lollies still taste delicious after Christmas!

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
We take the upmost care to ensure that your candy leaves our hands packed to endure normal transit. Your order will always leave us in pristine condition. However delivery is beyond our control and we are not responsible or liable for damage caused in transit.
All customised orders and orders over 8kg are sent within Australia via a courier service or Australia Post. Delivery to Australian Metropolitan areas are generally delivered within two working days from the date of dispatch. If your delivery is being sent to a rural or regional area, please contact us to determine expected delivery times.
All care is taken to ensure that deliveries are packed in such a way as to minimise the potential for damage, however, Sticky can take no responsibility for loss or damage that occurs as the result of negligence on the part of our delivery service providers.
