SHIPPING: AUSTRALIA (DOMESTIC)

Orders are dispatched using Australia Post Standard Service.

Once we receive your order we try to dispatch orders within 5 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or public holidays).
This excludes if your order contains a Pre-Order item. If you order a Pre-Order item, your entire order will be held until the Pre-Order item is ready for dispatch and your order will then be dispatched. The Pre-Order item product description will contain information on when we expect dispatch to START for orders containing that item. If you need your other items sooner we recommend placing seperate orders for those items and your Pre-Order item.

Shipping costs are based on weight, size and exact shipping location. When you have items in your cart delivery costs will displayed before you decide to purchase & make payment. The cost will increase according to the weight, so adding OR removing items may affect the shipping costs. Please ensure you check these BEFORE you make your payment and confirm your order.

TARIFFS, DUTIES AND TAXES

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import tariffs, duties & taxes and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and are paid separately by the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
If you choose to refuse/not accept delivery of a parcel with charges owed, no refund or credit will be given for the order.

For some countries (eg USA & UK) these must be paid at checkout with payment of your order.
IF these are being charged at checkout, this will display for you at checkout in the price breakdown before you make payment for your order. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you choose to refuse/not accept delivery of a parcel with charges owed, no refund or credit will be given for the order.

Sticky does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
If you choose to refuse/not accept delivery of a parcel with charges owed, no refund or credit will be given for the order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs & any additional fees when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Sticky.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

We take the upmost care to ensure that your candy leaves our hands packed to endure normal transit. Your order will always leave us in pristine condition. However delivery is beyond our control and we are not responsible or liable for damage caused in transit.

All customised orders and orders over 8kg are sent within Australia via a courier service or Australia Post. Delivery to Australian Metropolitan areas are generally delivered within two working days from the date of dispatch. If your delivery is being sent to a rural or regional area, please contact us to determine expected delivery times.

All care is taken to ensure that deliveries are packed in such a way as to minimise the potential for damage, however, Sticky can take no responsibility for loss or damage that occurs as the result of negligence on the part of our delivery service providers.
