Online Shopping Cart Order are generally completed and dispatched within two working days. If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your order immediately.
Shopping cart orders are sent via Australia Post standard service. Once your order has been sent, you will receive notification via email of the status of your delivery, with a tracking number so that you can follow it's progress online.
If you have any questions about the status of your delivery that you are unable to resolve via the Australia Post tracking system, contact us at any time and we will endeavour to follow through on your delivery as soon as possible.
If you would like your online order sent at a later date- that is not a problem. Just email us at [email protected] and let us know.

All customised orders and orders over 8kg are sent within Australia via a courier service or Australia Post. Delivery to Australian Metropolitan areas are generally delivered within two working days from the date of dispatch. If your delivery is being sent to a rural or regional area, please contact us to determine expected delivery times.
